How long does shipping take?

Our standard order processing time is 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–12 business days, making the estimated total delivery time between 4–14 business days.

Some items may ship separately and could have longer lead times, especially custom or made-to-order products. These will be noted on the respective product pages.
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your item ships. We’ll always notify you in case of any unexpected delays.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within the United States, to the 48 contiguous states.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Click the tracking link in the email to view the status and location of your shipment in real-time via the courier's website.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations aren't guaranteed once the order is placed.

If your item has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and you will be subject to return shipping fees and a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on the item.
